Pricing

The Cost of Services for Let’s Eat! Personal Chef Service includes the following:

  • Initial Consultation and food assessment

  • Personalized menu and recipe research, planning and development

  • Grocery shopping for the very best and freshest ingredients

  • Meal preparation, packaging and delivery

  • Incidental pantry items, spices and herbs

Our service is customized for you and so is our pricing. We make every effort to adjust our pricing to the number of entrees and side dishes you order.  Dinners are packaged in recyclable containers or we can purchase containers of your personal preference or we will be more than happy to use yours, if you’d like.  We package all dinners as four servings in each container. We can also package your dinner as two servings per container or portioned according to your dietary needs.

Please note: The cost of groceries is NOT included in the price. Food costs remain volatile and therefore we can not predict how much groceries will  cost. As a result, we can not build the cost of food in to our pricing structure. Your billing will reflect the cost of groceries as a separate item from the cost of services. If special containers are needed a separate charge will also be itemized.

The following is a Guideline for Service Costs:

  • 2 entrees/4 servings each with 2 side dishes (8 meals)—-$200.00

  • 3 entrees/4 servings each with 2 side dishes (12 meals)—$250.00

  • 4 entrees/4 servings each with 2 side dishes (16 meals)—$300.00
  • Extra entrees @ 4 servings each—$50.00 per entree

  • Extra side dishes @ 4 servings each—$35.00 per side dish

  • Special Occasion Custom Cakes—$3.00 per serving (usually 12 to 16 servings per cake).

  • Other Special Order Desserts—please contact us for special pricing

PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING:

There will be an upfront payment required to purchase groceries for your order. If the cost of food is less than the amount received, we will deduct the excess amount against the cost of  services. If the cost of groceries exceeds this amount, it will be billed against the final payment.  Payment is due upon delivery. 48 hours notice is required on all cancellations. It is your responsibility to be present or have someone present upon delivery. We can hold your order for 24 hours only. Failure to accept delivery will not cancel the order. You will be billed anyway and your food order will be given away if you do not accept delivery within 24 hours of preparation. We have to be strict about this because our reputation is built upon delivering good, edible food.

For Special Events and Catering

We charge $50.00 per hour with a 4 hour minimum for the Chef. This includes menu and event planning, shopping and any special ordering, preparation, delivery, serving and clean up.  Groceries, party equipment, supplies, decorations and rentals and any necessary staffing are extra.
