Chef Deb is a graduate of the California Culinary Academy in San Francisco and holds a certificate in Baking and Pastry Arts. She also attended Tante Marie Cooking School for French and Italian Cuisine: completed the Viking/Home Chef Essentials of Cooking courses, including a special class in seafood preparation: attended classes taught by Chef Linda Carucci, now the president of Copia in Napa Valley, California. Chef Deb is a member of the US Personal Chefs Association and holds a ServSafe Certification for the National Restuarant Association.
